Every Just Jewelry bundle is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your box isn't right for your business, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — no restocking fee, no questions.
How returns work
Write to wholesale@just.jewelry with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within one business day. We only ask that the pieces come back carded as they arrived.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's processed.
Pallets and freight orders
Pallet and truckload orders are quoted individually, and their return terms are set out in the quote. Talk to us before shipping anything back — freight returns need coordination on both ends.
